Classification of product grades
Nowadays because of wide range of uses and demands of chemicals, these substances are produced and supplied in various grades. In order to meet the needs of customers, Dr. Mojallali Chemical Industries Complex offers its products under different grades for a wide range of applications. Each grade is analysed in the quality control laboratory according to its own guidelines and enters the packing lines after obtaining the laboratory approval. Different grades have various technical specifications and prices and subsequently have different uses, so the consumer must carefully measure her/his needs and choose the right chemical. In the following, the types of grades and uses of chemicals that can be provided by Dr. Mojallali Industrial Chemical Complex are briefly presented.
Most chemical reactions that take place in non-aqueous environments are sensitive to very small amounts of water, so such applications should only use solvents and reagents with very small amounts of water. Dr. Mojallali Industrial Chemical Complex offers dried-grade chemicals that contain very small amounts of water, the specifications of which are carefully controlled. In reactions that are sensitive to very small amounts of water, it is recommended to use chemicals from this grade.
Gradient Chromatography Grade
In addition to very high transparency in the ultraviolet-visible range, Gradient liquid chromatography solvents must contain very small amounts of water, acid, alkali, and solid residue after evaporation. To achieve such accurate specifications, high quality raw materials and advanced distillation equipment are used to produce gradient liquid chromatography solvents and make them available to users. Passing through a 0.2 micron filter is an essential process in the production of chromatographic solvents that takes place just before the packing process. These solvents are suitable for a variety of liquid chromatography techniques.
Isocratic Chromatography grade
The solvents in this category have the purity of gradients. Because the sensitivities of the isocratic chromatography method are less than those of the gradient type, special solvents of isocratic chromatography are provided in such a way that in addition to low operating costs, they provide high-resolution separation.
In spectrophotometric and fluorometric studies, achieving reliable results is highly dependent on the use of ultra-pure solvents in the sample preparation stage. Suitable solvents in this category must not only have high transparency in the visible and ultraviolet spectrum, but also the presence of impurities such as water, alkali and acid must be controlled at extremely low levels. The solvents of this grade are processed by using high quality raw materials to cover the specifications of the American Chemical Society for spectrophotometric studies.
Gas Chromatography grade
Solvents of this grade are used in gas chromatography studies. This feature is due not only to their high purity, but also to the presence of small amounts of water, acid and alkali, as well as the absence of additional peaks in gas chromatographic analyzes. Gas chromatography grade solvents with precise specifications are purified and presented in order to meet the needs such as preparation and dissolution of samples in gas chromatography studies.
The American Chemical Society (ACS) has set the technical and purity specifications for approximately 500 reactive chemicals and more than 500 standard reference materials, so that it has been accepted by researchers and craftsmen around the world. For the first time in the country, Dr. Mojallali Industrial Chemical Complex has provided chemicals, reagents and standard solutions in accordance with ACS specifications to ensure reliable results even for extremely sensitive tests.
In order to cover general applications in all laboratories where low sensitivity and low operating costs are important, a wide range of chemicals including acids, salts and solvents are provided by this complex.
The chemicals most commonly used in clinical and pathobiological laboratories are produced under the name “Histology”. These products are tested according to international standards meet the needs of customers in medical diagnostic laboratories in the best way.
Detergent and disinfectant solutions
